I Hold My Breath When…
I Want More Time with My Family
Even when life moves slowly, there never seems to be enough time for everything. Often there is too little time with the ones that you love.
As you grow closer to others, you find space to be something you cherish—a more complete expression of yourself. Each story, each shared embrace, and each moment you recognize the truth of who your loved one is you allow for more connection with less and less effort needed for effective communication.
Those snapshots and communal beliefs have a commonality that shares more than thought, you share actual energetic and emotional bonds that resonate and radiate through your quantum experience. With each breath, you seem to grow closer to the ability to move as one.
In the end, when it comes time to separate, you can feel a sense of lack. The separation may feel like disconnection and result in an uneasy breath pattern. The best way to turn your breathing around is to be more of yourself in every moment.
The blessing you are missing is more than just the other person. You are missing the person you allow yourself to be with them. Your uneasy breathing blocks your ability to have that intimate, vulnerable connection to others.
Remembering your breath and how it feels to resonate so perfectly with another can help restore ease and give you space to feel loved even when you are separated from those you care about.
