Social influence created a need for you to work really hard to like yourself. Now that you do, people are starting to notice a change in your life.
It can be uncomfortable and exciting when people notice you are taking back your life and loving who you are. If you have a habit of explaining or justifying your behavior you will likely hold your breath when you get this kind of attention. Take a moment and get back to the breath you know as you before you continue. Instead of old behaviors at this moment, how do you want to be seen, heard, and understood? Keep in mind you create your reality and it is up to you and you alone how you want to move forward with your life.
Being uniquely you is a gift to yourself and everyone who comes in contact with you. Enjoy the journey.
