I Hold My Breath When…

I Don’t Fit In

Thinking you do not fit in is a very common experience in the twenty-first century. The social control of thoughts and the misunderstanding between people has led many to believe they are too different, too unattractive, too unintelligent, too underserving, and more.

Every time you feel less than your best you will notice that you hold your breath a bit. When you find these moments during your day, know that you are not alone. Know that this is conditioning and that you are more than the sum of your parts. Stop adding things in your past to equal a negative, leaving out all the wonderful parts of yourself, and look at yourself with kindness.

There is no other solution to this cause of holding your breath other than seeing the truth of who you are and letting go of any baggage that tells you otherwise.
