I Hold My Breath When…

No One Says Bless You After I Sneeze

What happens to you when no one says bless you after you sneeze? Many sneezers are left feeling less than when people do not act as expected and say something.

The historic use of a blessing after a sneeze was granted to help save the life of those who fell ill. The social conditioning that has followed after generations of well wishes and blessings is often one of pressure.

Social conditioning gives you a lot of reasons to hold your breath. Remember, you are not actually under the control of social beliefs. Only you control you. Give yourself space to breathe freely. Adjust your thoughts to represent your desire and your personal will and your breath will flow free.
