    I came across Christine’s story on Fade to Black and was moved by her story. I was compelled to look her up and it lead me here. I was just finishing up the course when I closed my eyes and ended up in that really relaxed place, in my mind, where you’re right about to fall asleep. I stayed there for a bit and then came to. I feel a bit tingly and in good spirits. Thanks again!

    I have already been meditating, but the tips on breathing and muscle relaxation are very helpful. I’m going to work at relaxing my muscles daily.
